Lunch for me is pretty simple, in order to stay lean you gotta keep it green, I put everything in my salads, todays consisted of spinach, parsley, broad beans, squash, goji berries, olives, chilli powder, a little salt and pepper and of course olive oil. Tasty filling all whole foods giving me totally excellent happy cheery moods.
